TikTok Shop Data Retention (Specific)
We strictly adhere to TikTok Shop's Data Protection Terms regarding data obtained specifically from TikTok Shop:
- If you disconnect your TikTok Shop account or uninstall our application, we will delete all associated TikTok Shop data (including PII) within 48 hours.
- We retain TikTok order data only as strictly required by tax laws and financial audit standards.
Amazon Seller Data Retention (Specific)
We comply with Amazon's Selling Partner API Data Protection Policy (DPP) regarding data obtained from Amazon:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as buyer names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers is retained for no longer than 30 days after order delivery.
- PII is retained only as necessary to: (i) fulfill orders, (ii) calculate and remit taxes, (iii) produce tax invoices and legally required documents, and (iv) meet regulatory requirements.
- If you disconnect your Amazon Seller account or revoke authorization, we will delete all associated Amazon PII within 30 days.
- All Amazon data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted via TLS 1.2+.
How to Request Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@hyperfocus.tech. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in Transit: All data is transmitted via secure HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data and databases are encrypted using AES-256.
